I go by Pierce, but the C in C Pierce is for my first name, Cody. I am based out of Madison, Wisconsin and enjoy life here in the mid-west, especially late fall and access to cheese. I spend much of my free time thrift shopping, drawing, hiking, listening to music, and enjoying podcasts. Creatively I indulge in creating whatever comes to mind, which is generally pattern heavy fractal illustrations and exploring various illustrative styles, or composing stock images in Photoshop.
Creatively I am curious about how to best execute different projects and what goes in to making something memorable and functional. When it comes to something unfamiliar to me I like to understand what the intent of the project is, what the real meaning is behind it and how to best get to the best representation of what finished is. I find inspiration in many facets of life and try not to limit good design to just one media.
